Warranty

Every DIAMOND TURBO PARTS product is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing and material defects.

If a claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either refund the full purchase amount or send a replacement at no cost within 30 days of approval. This is the buyer's sole remedy.

• The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
• For wholesale and distributor orders, the warranty period starts from the date of shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The following are not covered by warranty:

• Individual components, rebuild kits, and upgrade kits, once installed
• Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect oil supply, or foreign objects
• Damage caused by overheating, overboosting, or misuse
• Products that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Shipping damage (please file a claim with the carrier instead)
• Labor costs, shipping costs and consequential damages

• Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.
• If approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement within 30 days.
